Hi folks!

Hope you are having a relaxing weekend. I'd like to share a Mixed Media Art Journal Page-Grateful. This is part of my DT work for Bob n Betty, all the details can be checked out here. For the Art Journal Page, I used a decoupage sheet and prepped it with clear gesso and applied crackle paste on it in some areas. Added color using Lindy's sprays. Then did background stamping with archival ink, deckled and distressed the edges of the page and adhered it to an A4 purple cardstock. Then added shadow work and depth to the florals using watercolor pencils and an aqua brush. Then added the colored flourish chipboard, fussy cut and colored floral and butterfly images, I also added fabric flowers to the cluster and dry brushed them with white gesso to gel with the whole piece. Added titles using stickers and added a few details with a white gel pen. In the end, created white and purple ink splatter.
